Product Executive

About the role

Digicel is hiring a Product Executive in Providenciales to support end-to-end product activation, testing of product functionality and digital apps, implementation of product initiatives, and training of customer-facing personnel. The role covers the full product lifecycle, go-to-market execution, product enablement, subscriber performance, quality assurance and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to retirement, develop new products and enhancements, monitor profitability and lead portfolio simplification.
• Lead product launches, services and promotions, coordinating with IT, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance and Billing/ VAS, and ensure operational readiness through configuration, testing and deployment.
• Train Customer Care, Retail, Sales, Tele sales and Distribution teams, and produce product guides, FAQs and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor KPIs, recommend performance improvements, and prepare business cases, SDDs and UATs for the Business Risk Team.
• Coordinate UAT, live testing and post-launch validation, investigate product issues and work with Technology, Billing, Group Product, Customer Care and vendors to resolve defects.
• Ensure pricing, billing and product configurations are accurate, maintain product documentation and present product performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in any field, or equivalent high school diploma with six or more passed CXC exams (including Math and English).
• At least one year of work experience at a corporate establishment.
• Knowledge of mobile and Digicel+ services.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and pay attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
