Retail Sales Executive (Grand Turk)

About the role

Digicel, a digital connectivity and communications provider serving nine million customers across the Caribbean, Central and South America, is hiring a Retail Sales Executive for its Grand Turk store. The executive sells all Digicel TCI products and services (mobile and D+) from first contact through to final sale, while delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets and helping grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and upgrade mobile, cable and broadband services, recommend devices and service plans, and upsell and cross-sell where appropriate
• Process device sales, test devices, explain warranty terms, handle SIM sales and activations, and process bill payments
• Resolve customer queries, troubleshoot service and handset problems, schedule field service appointments and escalate unresolved issues
• Keep the store clean and well stocked, run daily stock counts, keep displays current and compliant, and report damaged displays or stock shortages
• Handle cash and payments via the POS system, secure cash and cheques, balance cash daily and follow cash-handling procedures
• Follow company policies, safeguard company assets and be ready to work at any Digicel retail location (Providenciales, South Caicos or Grand Turk)

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma with passes in English and Mathematics (CXC or GCE)
• Customer service training and/or experience
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Creole is an asset
• Willingness to work flexibly across the three locations mentioned
